General Provisions

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

To take part in any casino or betting activity on cd44, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. No person below this age limit may use the cd44 platform.

• Any account registered in the name of a minor will be cancelled and deposited funds will be returned.
• Allowing a minor to use an account will be treated as a serious breach of these terms.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on cd44 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). Providing incorrect details at the time of deposit may delay the transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification before processing.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on cd44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any applicable tax obligations are entirely the responsibility of the user. cd44 does not deduct taxes or provide tax advice.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The cd44 welcome bonus is 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the balance ৳2,200, and you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period and maximum amount.
• A bonus may only be usable on certain games or betting categories.
• Keeping multiple bonuses active before completing wagering requirements is not permitted unless specifically allowed.
• cd44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6.1 Gaming Rules

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be declared void and the wagered amount will be returned.
• cd44 will not be liable for any loss caused by a disconnection.

6.2 Betting Rules

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below is a clear breach of cd44's terms and may result in permanent account closure:

• Bonus abuse — such as collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, hacking or software manipulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using third-party software to influence game outcomes.
• Allowing another person to use your account or selling your account.
• Rude behaviour or threats directed at cd44 staff.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 cd44's Rights

cd44 reserves the right to verify any account and, if necessary, temporarily suspend or permanently close it without prior notice. This decision may be made if:

• Information provided on the account is found to be false or incomplete.
• There is suspicion that prohibited activities are being conducted from the account.
• Action is required under a court order or directive from an authority.
• The user themselves requests account closure.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Any user may close their account if they wish. Before closure, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, provided that wagering requirements have been met. For temporary or permanent self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming, please contact us.

Intellectual Property and Content
